New RP Mods

Congratulations to Darcania and Bootsie who have become RolePlay Moderators.

Bootsie will have specific focus on the Negotiations section - including organisations - whilst Darcania be a general RP mod. We had a few applications for mod roles and commiserations to everyone who missed out. The process of adding additional RP mods remains open, however, and the team may revisit past applications in the future.
