In Pigletville, the six members of the Cabinet waited at the entrance of the Thomas Building as a crowd formed in front of it. It was time for their newest leader to make her appearance in front of her people and reveal her upcoming plans for the next eighteen or more years as their queen. Alicia, who was now the Minister of Information, quickly checked on her best friend as the rest of the Cabinet began to make their way onto the constructed stage outside the building. After about five minutes, Alicia returned holding a tablet. "Can I get a preview of all live feeds?", she asked as the tablet showed the different camera angles filming the stage. "Okay Ayuda, bring in the prerecorded message over GusProjection," she said to Ayuda. The huge Guslant projectors projected the Guslant seal over the skyline as the national anthem played. Suddenly, the seal faded and Alicia's face was projected. "Dear Guslant citizens, my name is Alicia Burns and I am your Minister of Information. Today was a wonderful day as your new Queen was crowned only a few feet from where I am now at the Thomas Building. It is with great pleasure today that I introduce for the first time, one of Guslant's greatest Cabinet members of all time, and now Queen of Guslantis, the Duchess of Augustus Town herself, Leah Miranda Charles of Pigletville!", said the projection Alicia before the real Alicia started commanding the camera operators to get good shots of the queen. "Camera #2, focus on the doors of the Thomas Building, I want a good shot of the queen," she stated before the doors opened and out walked Queen Charles, wearing a beautiful light blue dress and the Guslant royal crown, that made the entire Guslant male population surprised at the beauty of this single woman. Minister Pittman, who replaced Charles in her ministry, extended his hand to her and escorted her to the front of the stage as the GusProjection showed the scene on the skyline.
"Hello Pigletville, hello citizens, hello Guslantis. I am Leah Charles, and I am your queen. I must admit myself that when Hunter asked me to be heir to his throne, I never thought in a million years that I'd ever actually take the throne. In addition, we will be extending our diplomatic ties to Nessuno, Nebula, New Sekai, and Cascadia, which are not only members of the Alliance, but members we believe we have not truly discovered yet. Under our new Minister of Defense, the Guslant Armed Forces will be constructing a new budget, one on which I hope we can grow our military to one that will defend us should war come to our quarter of the region. I will be accepting applications from regional corporations on this, and if they are interested, they should mail me at my new home in Pigletville," she began.
"Speaking of home, the Ministry of Finance has come to a decision on what will happen to the Beier Manor now that its creator has died. The Ministry has decided to rename the manor in honor of the newly-crowned queen, and the newly-named manor shall now be known as the Charles Palace and home to the queen, with her affairs no longer in her hometown of Augustus Town. The Ministry also backs the queen's words of a new military budget, and will provide additional funding for other programs the queen desires," said Baldwin before letting the queen continue.
"I am also happy to announce that thanks to the efforts of Andrea Reeder and the Ministry of Science, the Monarchy of Guslantis will be able to construct and launch the PigletXR1, our first space rocket. Corporations from around the region are also invited to contact me at my new palace if you are interested. Lastly, I'd like to say that this building, this glorious building, is going to be one of many within the capital city. Alicia, if you would please," she said as she turned out to face the building. The words 'Thomas 1', faded in at the top of the building as the blueprints of five tall buildings projected onto the glass just above the stage. "Thomas 2 through 6 will be constructed with names to be decided at a later date, and will serve as the headquarters of our six ministries at the destruction of the other ministries' headquarters during the war that split our capital. So, construction of these buildings will start tomorrow and I am glad that we can now grow as a nation. Thank you for your time, and thank you for being a Guslant citizen.
