A bill is up for vote in the RA: Amending 6.1 Citizenship.
Since it has to do with Former Residents/Members, I figured a discussion thread in the Residents Lobby should be opened.
The way I see it, this bill is way overdue. Nierr should've had/kept his Citizenship long ago. As it is, this bill is great. It allows those who are DOS (or others who don't have a nation in TNP) to replace their forum name for their nation name where legally necessary, granting them full Citizenship through what is apparently called a "legal fiction", something that doesn't quite make full sense to the layman, but which is needed in order for something to legally happen. So Citizens who gained their Citizenship through this method will have a "nation", even though they don't have an actual nation in TNP.
