Ah, but the Court itself ignored the Bill of Rights, the prior Court ruling made by COE, and several required court procedures throughout this case.

The "5-minute" part might be hyperbole, but it is no exaggeration to say that this opened several massive holes in the Criminal Courtroom procedure that are now ripe for exploitation.

This is incorrect. You continue to compare apples to oranges. The ruling that you cite is very clear in its implication that a nation who is not present, cannot appoint its own defense counsel, cannot enter a plea, and cannot take part will not be declared guilty without given opportunity to do these things.

That is not what happened here. Tomb was present, Tomb did appoint his own counsel, Tomb did enter a plea, and Tomb did take part in the trial. Tomb and his team were given ample opportunity to present a defense and chose not to.

The ruling is about opportunity, which Tomb had.

Can I request a Justice close the two R4R topics at this time as they have already been rejected and everyone seems to be arguing in circles at this point? Thanks.
