While I believe that Delegate Tomb was primarily at fault, I do not agree that former Minister Eluvatar was acting "under duress." The former Minister had the option to resign rather than carrying out the Delegate's directive, opted instead to carry out the directive, and is therefore partially at fault. While I have great respect for Eluvatar, I urge the Attorney General's office to move forward with the charge against him in the interests of justice.

The whole event is a waste of time but it does seem like Flemingovia is in the right. I would not support a Delegate recall however.
