How difficult is this for people to understand. Dark and the Guardians (hey, good name for a band) are standing down at the end of Dark's Delegacy. Out with the old, in with the new.

EDIT: When I say regime change, I mean a change of the guard - lol - a changing of the Guardians. This is a fairly major change. I would expect to see vultures in TWP soon, alas.
 
TWP seems to be a very interesting example of what happens when Oligarchies actually do things, rather than letting their regions stagnate or become their playthings a la TP or Balder.

Less "inactive democratic region being taken over by insiders with outsiders pulling the stings" and more "core autocratic group of players consolidating their power to be all but irremovable" just like the NPO in The Pacific.
 
Darkesia announced she was leaving long ago, had made it public on the RMB several times, and furthermore, TWP organized a CONTEST in game, where several old and new members of the Region were put a set of tasks and goals to complete, in order to be considered candidates for the delegacy seat. All this was made publicly, so all the gossipy controversial conspiracy whispers seems both odd and out of line guys...

I had limited information at the time.

I could think of no reason it made sense to banject Goblin City or A fish in the sea besides the one that was suggested to me at the time.
