A motion to suspend DU memberships

HuAt/Hudaman - Has been inactive enough that their DU nation has CTE. He also has not applied for a plot on the map since its reboot several months ago.

JhonsJoe/Stuzemstazem - He has been inactive enough that they have lost RA membership as well as their plot on the map.

McM - Has not been active in the DU for at least the last 2 months, participlating in none of the discussions, votes or applications.

Discussions shall last 2 days and then go to a vote.

Okay with removing JJ and HuAt. However, McM is likely to return. He stated his activity would improve in July when his stint in Indonesia was over. If we remove him, we should expedite his admission later on.

Although I would really like to have MCM still in the DU, I feel that we must treat all members the same. McM, although his leave is very well justified, is an absence just like JJ and HuAt's.

Agreed. I think keeping Mcm in the DU will make work difficult for everyone, in terms of quorum.
