To:- My fellow Monarchs of the World

Now as Morheim looks to establish closer diplomatic ties with nations around the world we feel it is a good time to invite monarchs from across the globe to meet and discuss ways in which our nations may co-operate together to bring peace and stability to our lands. It is with this aim in mind that I have taken the liberty to draft a Charter which I hope can become the basis for an international organisation which will help each of us protect our people and our futures.

I would like to invite all nations interested to meet with myself and my government at St.Pauli Palace in order to review, negotiatie and sign a charter that will form the basis of strong future relationships between our nations.

Best Regards

Queen Abigail Barren.

To: Her Majesty Queen Abigail of the House of Barren

Your Majesty,

Although I have previously indicated to you my interest in this organization, I would like to publicly announce it. I assure Your Majesty that I will transmit this Charter to my government, and will expedite its consideration. My government will, when its deliberations are complete, transmit to you its opinions on its diverse provisions, and recommend to Your Majesty any amendments and further provisions that it feels are necessary.

May our two Houses rule justly over our dominions for a thousand years,

His Royal Majesty, King of the ten provinces of Plembobria and her dominions, Governor of Rethel

(OOC Meaning: my mind is kind of scattered for now, but I'll get back to you regarding the charter soon.)

(OOC: You have a monarch? I'm confused now. You told me once you didn't create a political structure for your nation.)

To: Her Majesty, Queen Abigail of the House of Barren

Dear Queen Abigail,

My government and my people seek to establish closer relations with other monarchs around the region. As such we are officially announcing our interest in joining the Monarch League. The Charter is currently being reviewed by the Departments of State, Defense, Commerce, and Education for consideration and recommendations.

May this be the start of a long and fruitful relationship between our nations.

Sincerely,
Czar Harold Francis Callahan

The Queen watched as the servants scurried around ensuring everything was in order. She'd dispatched Arthur, her brother to the airport to greet any arrivals, while the Royal Regiment band tuned up on the lawns of the Palace. It was exciting to think of all the monarchs who would soon be arriving and the fact this could be Morheim's first alliance in a long long time.

She was satisfied all was set up and ready to go and she scanned the list of those she expected.

Plembobria
The United States of New Sekai
Ceretis

She read the names carefully once more, "Chamberlain, is this all we expect?" she said a little disappointed.

"Those are all the nations that have replied Your Majesty, however we may yet get some unannounced guests, I have laid out extra tables and chairs for those just in case."

"Very good" the Queen said with a smile as she began to relax until she knew people were arriving.

OOC- Feel free to attend whether you applied or not, and......Go!!!

A gentile touch on the shoulder pulled her half out of her dream; "Maggie, we're almost there." James's voice pulled her from that dream world, she must have dozed off on the flight from the colonies in The West Pacific. The flight is a lot shorter than she remembered though, but then again, that was on the old Executive One and wasn't supersonic. "Let Harry know I'll be ready in a few minutes." James nodded and headed out of the room. She reminisced about Morheim as she got ready; with a twinkle in her eye, touched the locket about her neck. As she put on her hat, her assistant gave one last approving look "perfect;" and with that, they headed down the corridor to the front of the plane.

Leaning back in his chair, Harry could see James headed toward him shaking his head. "A few more minutes and she'll be ready," James said as he sat down "the rest of the family will be up shortly, and the gifts are being readied."
"Sounds like it's all in order," Harry paused for a moment, his posture became more relaxed "if all goes well, this will be a momentous occasion. I have been looking forward to this day." The intercom chimed, "We'll be entering final approach shortly, please proceed to your seats and fasten your seat belts. Cabin crew prepare for landing."

Only fifteen minutes later Executive One touches down in St. Pauli and begins taxiing toward the hangar with the welcoming delegation...

"Your Highness, are you sure we shouldn't have sent an email letting the Morheim Royal Family know of our arrival. It's highly irregular to show up for a diplomatic conference without calling ahead" said a rather nervous aide.

The New Aquilian Monarch, Craig Michael, sat back in his plush seat of the small Lear Jet used for personal business, sipping an expensive Aquilian whisky. He turned a smile at the aide and spoke in the accentless English he had perfected after seemingly painful years of elocution lessons. "Calm yourself Halon. Her Highness I doubt would be pleased if only a few nations showed up for this talk. And it's still only a discussion on our end, not a commitment to this just yet. Not without Vemel's go ahead. Sides, we are just one sole jet without escort. Not exactly a national threat."

The aide looked fairly dubious with the King's response to the matter but didn't decide to press. He was about to shuffle some White Papers in the King's direction when a steward tapped him on the shoulder and then whispered in his ear. A nod and a slight smile after wards, the aide speaks up again "We've just entered the Kingdom's air space and touch down should be in ten minutes time."

The King nodded but seeing the papers in the aide's hands he gave him a look with a raised eyebrow " Changes to the agenda for the Throne Speech?" The aide shook his head, his face showing a mixture of fear and sadness. "No Your Highness, reports out of Rhuvenland. It's worse then what was originally reported." He handed the King the papers and sat back and waited for the King's response.

However, Craig didn't respond immediately, or made much of a response. He even was so occupied by what he read that he nearly forgot to buckle up for touchdown at St.Pauli airport. So engrossed that the long taxiing procedure went by as if it was an eyeblink. Eventually aides and security guards rushed around as the Monarch got out of his seat slowly. He still said nothing, only to hand the papers back to his aide wordlessly.

Seemed that this conference just became more of a priority after all.

(OOC: Hope I'm not barging in)

(OOC: If I may just note the following, Morheim has CTEd. Plus with the inactivity here I don't think this would gain steam, unless perhaps another, more active user with a monarchy re-proposes it.)
