The room is quiet, almost no lights are on, except for one being emitted from the large computer screen on a desk, with one man watching.
News Announcer: "We are following the reports of twelve protests happening in western New Haven America, 9 have been peaceful, 3 have erupted into violence..."
The man sighs and lays back in his seat, this man is The Seren, Seren Andrew Donavan.
Andrew: "How the hell did this even happen...?"
Soon, the phone on his desk starts ringing, he picks it up and answers "Hello."
"Hello sir, it me, Matthew Anderson(Head of National Security), I assume you've heard the reports happening in the west?"
"Yes sadly."
"Well, we've just gotten reports the the Therian(Minority in NHA) Independence leaders have fled to the small uninhabited island above The Lancerian Empire. They left a message saying they're planning a referendum, we don't know when it will happen but I think it start soon."
*Sigh* "How hell did it get this bad?... Do what you have to do in the west, I make an address to the public in the morning"
"Yes sir, goodnight"
"Night"
(OOC: This is mostly character dialogue, unless any national events/address's happen. Also, Therians are a Language minority who over the years have migrated the the western 1/3 of NHA. They feel disconnected from the government and they have a different culture from most of NHA, hence they feel like forming their own government)
