Welcome to the main application thread of the NPTO! Here, one can apply for membership in the NPTO. Once a member is admitted, they will be automatically able to post on NPTO threads. Pending members may post as well if authorized by the Chairman or Deputy Chairman. Full non-members may not post at all within this subforum unless invited to by the Chairman or Deputy Chairman. What you can do now is propose bills and vote on them, et cetera. Being in NPTO also warrants military and economic support and access to the NPTOPF.

Also, why does the application ask about Democracy?
 
It asks about democracy so we don't ally ourselves with tyrannical dictatorships.

Article 4 of the charter does not require the deputy chair to approve applications. I don't know why we're still doing that.

Whilst this is true, if the chairman wishes an applicant to not be approved until the deputy chair and he both approve the application, there is nothing stopping this. I'm not for it, but it is okay if the chairman wants this to be the way it works.

Rhuvanland is rejected. The chair believes soveriegnty in Rhuvanland has not been established, and as such, should not get an extra vote in our assembly, since it is heavily influenced by two existing NPTO members, Syrixia and Kannex. A vote shall be presented to the assembly to veto my rejection, if they see fit.
 
I took the liberty of adding a part in the Application where the applicant states his/her representative, so we don't have to keep asking people their representatives' names.
