Hello! By name is Buddy and I lead The United Kingdom of Uctin VI, which is currently a Inoffensive Centrist Democracy.

Do you enjoy Roleplay or forum games?: I haven't done much in RP and after going to the thread it seems very complicated(Unless I just misunderstood it). I am a fan of forum games though.

Question: I have a question I hope someone can help answer. How do I join the regional assembly or am I in it already? I wanted to sign up for the regional assembly but couldn't find a thread for it. So I did some reading and was lead to believe becoming a Citizen is now the same as joining the assembly. I am a citizen, so can I vote on the Regional Assembly vote thread? I hope someone can clear this up for me.

EDIT: After I posted this I realized I have the Regional Assembly tag is below my forum name. So I believe I am in the Assembly. Yay!

To answer your question: Yes, by becoming a citizen you are a member of the Regional Assembly. You may vote, propose legislation, make motions, etc.
