The Allied States of Bustos Embassy District

Creation of Embassy District:

By order of the Chairperson, approved by The Board, The Allied States of Bustos has created the Embassy District to house representatives of foreign nations to establish political, diplomatic, and economic relations.

Article I: An inquiry must be made by interested nation, pending approval of the Office of Public Relations, before being able to establish an embassy in the Embassy District.

Article II: Creation of an embassy does not give away sovereign territory to approved nation and all members of the foreign diplomatic delegation are expected to follow all laws and customs of the Allied States of Bustos.

Article III: All members of the foreign diplomatic delegation are and will be held accountable by Bustian law and penalties if found guilty of breaking any Bustian law, regardless of nationality or status, on or off the grounds of the embassy building assigned to any foreign diplomatic delegation.

Article IV: Each foreign diplomatic delegation will contain no more than fifty [50] personnel, not counting the diplomat's immediate family.

Article V: Each embassy will be given five [5] armored, non-armed SUVs for their transportation and parking spaces for each vehicle. An armed escort will be provided when needed. These vehicles can be dismissed and replaced with the embassy's own vehicles, within the same limitations of type and number, pending approval of the Office of Public Relations.

Article VI: Each foreign diplomatic delegation is permitted to carry weapons which are limited to small arms and rifles. No use of explosive devices will be permitted on or off the grounds of the embassy building assigned to any foreign diplomatic delegation.

Article VII: Each embassy is assigned twenty [20] Bustian soldiers for protection and escort duties. These soldiers will not enter any embassy unless requested to do so or in times of crisis. They can be dismissed and replaced with the embassy's own guards, however total number of personnel cannot be exceeded (see Article IV).

Article VIII: The government of the Allied States of Bustos reserves the right to eject any foreign diplomatic delegation, without stating reason, with a twenty four [24] hour notice to vacate. Any refusal to vacate within the allotted time, will result in forcible removal of said foreign diplomatic delegation and the Allied States of Bustos will not be responsible for any damage, injury, destruction, or death.

Article IX: Approved nation must allow an embassy to be established within their borders for a Bustian diplomatic delegation (subjected to approved nation's regulations for embassies).
