As proposed by Syrixia and debated HERE.
Debate should be conducted in that thread. This thread is for voting only.
You may vote in this thread by posting "aye" "nay" or "abstain" in black, normal sized text with only the capitalization of the first letter, or the use of a period/full stop next to the vote allowed. All other votes on this thread will not be counted towards voting for any of the three options, or be counted for quorum purposes. Votes cast by any other means than a post in this thread will not be counted. A simple majority is needed to pass.
The vote will remain open for 3 days, until (time=1425173406) in your time zone (NOTE: if you are in an area affected by daylight savings time, you may need to check a box in your forum settings to see the correct time here).
The motion put:
Motion:People wanting to run should declare their candidacy in a thread set up for the elections. (This would be one of four NPTO threads: The elections thread, the applications to join/member list thread, the proposals/NPTO laws thread, and the main thread for general NPTO-related conversation. Thus, it is recommended that a subforum be set up for the organization if possible.) A poll would be called after 3-7 days of candidacy declarations and the winner of the poll gets the corresponding office to the poll. There is a cool-down time of one term or four months between an incumbent running again
NOTE: No one nation should be able to run for both Chairman and Deputy Chairman at the same time, and we should encourage representatives attempting to run for an administrative position to start with Deputy Chairman.
