I don't really agree lol. It can be great fun when a couple of people are playing it at once and you don't have the chance to reply before another person beats you to it.
 
I have to agree with Mcm on this one, there's also only like Tomb, Mcm, me, Andrew, and Nessuno that seem to spam on a daily basis so that etiquette is also kind of hard to maintain I think.
 
I don't see how one or two people dominating a spam game really has any effect on the others playing the game. How does it make spam less fun?
