The admins never check this thread, so you're better off just applying for citizenship. At least that way you only have to wait one week rather than never getting your masking, and best of all you'll get Resident masking if you ever lose Citizenship.

Others were not masked either because they were already in the citizens or residents group, or because their TNP nation had moved or CTE'd.
