The emperor Killed by an Assassin!

On december 12th, 2014,Ragnar Lodbrok,the emperor,was killed by an assassin when he stepped out of The Little Warrior,one of the more popular bars in the region.The assassin shot him twice with poisened bullets from a sniper rifle.He died on the spot.The new emperor Bjorn Lodbrok was just crowned but then his twin brother,Ivar,stepped in and shouted "The crown should be mine!" as he then shot a noble from one of the smaller cities.He also raised up a rebel army and declared the southern half of Norway XXVIII independant and the capital as Trondelagg.Ivar was able to raise up a bigger army than Bjorn and he started to burn the country side.

Eumenor would encourage the two brothers to meet around the table for talks. Violence should only be the last resort.

If he denies, then wait until Eumenorian peacekeeping forces arrive, assuming that you are happy to receive them. Please make every effort to avoid conflict and open up communication. We have already tried to contact him; we will keep you posted.

Malvad would be willing to host negotiations between the two brothers. In the event that a diplomatic solution cannot be found, we would be willing to host the legitimate king until normalcy is returned.

We have a Quick Response Force that can be deployed within 24 hours. It consists of one company , so if further assistance is needed, we'll need at least 72 hours to mobilize our Expeditionary Forces. In 48 hours we can deploy a field hospital.
If no ground support is needed, our air force can assist in air recon, presition bombing and enforcing no-fly-zones.
We can also help with evacuation, securing buildings of strategic, economic or governmental importance and border control.
Just give us the signal and we'll do everything we can to help. We've already taken the liberty to mobilize our QRF, so it will be able to deploy tomorrow afternoon.

you need to protect the river that leads to the lake because if we lose control of it we lose all economic power.You also need to make sure nothing leaves the archipleago on my southern border because I know there is a military base here controlled by them.Also if possible evacuate all of our citizens south of the river.And finally,This one is MAJOR,secure the whole city of christiania our capital and especially enforce the inner city where all government buildings are.

Defensive plans for Operation Redning


The QRF force consisting of one company (240 soldiers) from our 5th airborne regiment has now been parachuten in at strategic points in your capital. They are mostly armed with anti-infantry weaponry, but have the ability to take out lightly armored vehicles.

You may expect to recieve support from our 1st expeditionart force, roughly the size of one brigade. Their main objectives and plans to complete them are as follows:

Securing the river:
To save manpower, bases with a reaction force will be established at intervals along the river. The river itself will be divided into operation zones. Each Forward Operating Base (FOB) will have responsibility to one zone. Each zone will be patrolled by River Patrol Boats (RPB) and helicopters with IR/Thermal capability. This way our forces won't be spread too thin along the entire length of the river, but are able to deploy on short notice from the FOB to areas with a high risk of attack.

Securing the archipelago:
There are one naval squadron on its way, with ETA in 48 hours. It consists of 8 ships; 4 destroyers and 4 frigates. They will patrol the waters between the islands and the mainland. They have orders to arrest anyone who tries to travel between the islands and the mainland or between the islands themselves. Lethar force is a last resort. The frigates carry two maritime operations helicopters each. They are able to perform SAR-missions, limited Close Air Support (CAS) and force protection as well as short-range recon. All 8 vessels carry one platoon of SOF-operatives with RIBs to be used in apprehention of suspected insurgents.

Evacuation of civilians:
We will establish a field hospital inside our Field of Operations (FO) to treat any civilian or military casualties. We will establish evacuation centers in majors cities to ship out civilians by truck or High-Load Twinblade Helicopters. Do you want to take care of the evacuees or do you require us to establish refugee-camps?

Any extra forces will be aiding the QRF in Christiania.

i know of secret underground tunnels under a mountain 30 km. away from christiania through which you can set up refugee camps and they are large enough to set up the refugee camps.
