I would like to ask that members of the Diplomatic Corps set up an "office" or similar in the region that they are assigned to.

These offices should be used to update the region on what is going on in the North Pacific - generally small updates & other matters that might be worth sharing with the region you are assigned to. The "office" would also function for the Ambassador to answer any questions that members of that region may have.

It would look like this:

Current Ambassador: The Ambassador, NATION NAME HERE, [POSITION IN TNP]

The Office will be maintained for brief updates from the Ambassador to the [REGION NAME HERE] and for any questions that members of [REGION NAME HERE] may have for the regional Government of TNP.

For the first "short" update, I suggest using the following.

General Elections for Delegate, Speaker & Vice Delegate have terminated.

Plembobria has been elected the Delegate.

The Vice Delegate election was won by the outgoing Delegate Lord Ravenclaw.

The Speaker election was won by Zyvetskiasthaan.

Plembobria has reappointed Gladio as the Minister of Defence, Praetor as the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Kasch as Minister of Gameside Affairs. He has also appointed Syrixia as the Minister of Culture. Applications have been opened for the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Ministry of Communications. The Ministry of World Assembly Affairs is currently reserved until further notice.

The government is looking forward to a productive term.

This is no longer being used to record which regions require an Ambassador Office, please refer to the Regions Record Thread for this.
 
The TNP has already it's own section where updates concerning solely our region are posted. Our embassy's thread is included in the Inter-regional Affairs topic, and functions independently from the other embassies. So I suppose there will be no need for an Ambassador's office, since there is already an equivalent.

Noted. Thank you. I believe there are a few cases like that.
 
The embassy for TNP has been created on the forums for The Order of the Sword and I have been given foreign ambassador masking. I presented my letter of credence, created my office, and posted a short update.
