The Expansion of Participation - By: The Democratic Republic of Tomb

Recently, the Ministry of Home Affairs has been working very actively on implementing the agenda that was set up by the Delegate, R3n. The Delegate clearly pointed out that the nation is not in need of regional recruitment, but is in need of forum recruitment. It is clear that not all of TNP residents are part of the forums, and it is clear that a small number of the players that are in the forums are not active. The Ministry of Home Affairs and the Delegate started implementing measures to end this and increase activity and participation on the forums by the new forum members. Their first method of implementation was by setting up a Home Affairs Staff made up of forum mentors and forum recruiters. The Staff is currently small, however, it is running and TNP has already seen more players join the forums and later on join the Regional Assembly and North Pacific Army.
Another method of implementation that was recently used was two surveys that were given out through a regional telegram. These telegrams asked about the current life in TNP and especially its forums. It is clear that most of the people who participated were members of the Forum, but there were also some replies from new members. From the surveys, it is clear that the current government of TNP is very organized. The majority of questions asking about mass regional telegrams sent out by the delegate, the RMB discussion topics, and current event announcements were said to be very well organized; however, areas such as forum membership is a topic that the Home Affairs Department has to improve upon due to many people not knowing the activities/events that are going on in the forums. Right now, the Department of Home Affairs is collecting and analyzing these surveys. It will be interesting to see how they are going to act upon the information they have.
