The date of WizardofOz01's oath as Speaker is Feb 10 2006, 06:45 AM GMT.

The office of Speaker was not created until the 2005 Constitutional Convention, and I exercised those powers as the transitional Minister of Justice under the prior governmental structure until a Speaker was elected, and my election as Chief Justice. IIRC, Roman was the first Speaker of the Regional Assembly. I think you have to search for that information at Old Blue, since the early days of the government under the constitution adopted in August of 2005 was when we were still at Old Blue.
