The senior administrators have access to the @root administrator account. Admins Emeritus do not have Admin Control Panel access at this time, and may not be active.
Global Moderators:
In addition to the forum staff, many government positions come with moderator powers. The Delegate has moderator powers over most of the forum, the Cabinet over a subset of it, and the Speaker's office, Vice Delegate, and Court over their respective areas. Additionally, RolePlay moderators are granted moderator powers over the roleplay subforum.
