China and House of Cards

I'm on the fence with this article.

While I do agree that the U.S. government is corrupt, I don't believe that it is corrupt as 'House of Cards' exaggerates it to be (the show's a drama after all). It is interesting seeing Mr. Zhao connect the show to real world events.

What I don't like is how Zhao concluded the article. Like, really? The "correct way"? The article slams Western corruption then goes off to say the Chinese government is better. I'm pretty sure Chinese corruption is on par with "Western corruption". Just the audacity Mr. Zhao has, it makes me frustrated.
