Kiwis admission to the Security Council

As discussed by the council and voted on here.

Kiwi has been approved as a member of the SC by its members. I put forward a motion for the Regional Assembly to vote to admit Kiwi to the Security Council.

This thread may be used as a venue for discussion. I am also looking for a second to this motion in due course.
