How has the first week in the big chair gone? I know it's early to be looking backwards. But has anything about being delegate surprised you? Is there any aspect you're finding that you are enjoying more than you thought?

Game-side has been an interesting experience. The engagement with new members in particular, through telegrams or RMB, has been quite enjoyable.

Endorsement gathering on the other hand has been slower than I expected. This is partially because the rate of new WAs per day seems to have slowed down the last week, compared to what we were getting a month ago.

I can see how you might interpret the "bump" as impatience, but I just wanted to make sure this was seen. I am just curious about your thoughts on the new role.

The WA situation could be related to the annual summer slump. Thanks for replying.
