Comments: The accused has been informed of his rights and an indictment to eject/ban and remove from the Regional Assembly pending a trial has been approved by Justice Flemingovia http://forum.thenorthpacific.org/topic/7160855/1/#new

If it please the court, can I have a clarification on whether this indictment will soon be approved, and whether the AG's office is then expected to proceed with prosecution?

As far as I understand it, sentence has been carried out, and verdict will be delivered at the end of the trial once we get there.

Thank you very much.

Procedurally, I believe an indictment needs to be posted in the Court Filings thread before it can be accepted and a trial opened.

The obligation for prosecution falls on the party submitting the formal indictment to the court.
