The forum administration team has reviewed and discussed Tyler Kazakov's behavior on these forums, as well as various admissions he made on the Nationstates forums in the thread located at
http://forum.nationstates.net/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=280600, of a widespread pattern of prohibited conduct at other forums over an extended period of time, including the posting of pornspam and other prohibited content.
We have concluded that in order to best protect these forums from such conduct (which violate the Zataboard Terms of Service and Terms of Use), it is necessary that the user holding the account name of Tyler Kazakov, as well as any other account he may have had in the past, in the present, or attempts to create in the future, is permanently banned from these forums, effective immediately. This ban will be implemented utilizing all means available to forum administration, including IP and e-mail information, currently available or which comes to our attention in the future.
The forum administration team will not entertain any requests for review of the permanent ban for a minimum of five years, and is not obligated to consider such a request thereafter.
