All nations wishing to engage in formal diplomatic relations with Valkany via the use of an embassy in the Valkanian capital city of Dimitrisburg must agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. All grounds within the embassy's premises are soil of the nation that the embassy represents,they may not be attacked or damaged and it is Valkany's job to protect the outer perimeter of the embassy however any personnel, facilities and important items within the embassy's borders has to be protected by the represented nation itself. Should Valkany fail to protect the embassy's outer perimeter thus causing damage to the embassy or the diplomatic mission's personnel Valkany will pay damages and issue a formal apology.
2. No information gathering and secret service operations may be stationed within the embassy. No military grade weaponry other than sidearms of .45 Caliber or lower, 3 round capacity police shotguns and 9mm round sub machine guns with up to 35 rounds capacity are allowed within the embassy whether used by security stuff, the diplomatic mission or any other personnel. Security vehicles may not have mounted weaponry and no military class armored vehicles are allowed. Security of the diplomatic mission outside of the embassy will be provided by both the embassy's security stuff and by Valkanian security forces.
3. Valkanian law doesn't apply within the embassy and diplomats are granted amnesty to all crimes B class or lower. In case of a car crash with the embassy's vehicles, the embassy's stuff always have the law on their side provided the crash was with a civilian owned vehicle. Should the diplomats commit a crime higher than B class outside the embassy they will be held accountable and will be tried in a Valkanian special duties court of law. However they may be sent to their homeland for trial by local authorities. Crimes within the embassy are within the represented nation's jurisdiction however crimes against Valkanian officials are of mixed jurisdiction.
4. In case of war between the two nations 24 hours will be given to all nationals of the represented nation to flee to the embassy. From there Valkanian forces will escort them to foreign soil before armed hostilities begin. After termination of diplomatic relations between the two nations the embassy's stuff will be given 36 hours before being evacuated in a similar manner. After the termination of diplomatic relations the embassy becomes Valkanian soil again.
5. All formal diplomatic interactions between the two nations may take place through the ambassadors. An ambassador personally represents his or her nation as a whole so the views and ideas they publicly and formally express are considered representations of the ideas and views their nation embodies and seeks to promote.
6. Any breach of this agreement will automatically result in termination of diplomatic relations, appeal to the international community's legal instruments and even military intervention and armed conflict.
