Well it doesn't really matter to me. I guess the one I like most is Kasch's FTH since it's short and easy for me to recognize. However, if you are to speak it, TopHat is most preferable.
 
For you i either do kasch or kas. although saying and typing "kasch" is really satisfying, for some reason. Just ask Arag, he says the same thing.

I really can't remember where the idea for Kaschovia came from, but I agree...

Saying Kasch is pretty damn satisfying...
