Recommend me good British shows to watch

So I think I have learnt enough English as to consider how I want my voice to sound like when speaking in it. It was a hard decision to make because the few shows, games and media I consume in this language are mostly American and I like American culture in general... But British English is also cool, I like the spelling and it will be way more useful. So I finally chose British standard and, amongst other things I guess watching British shows will help me become more familiar with that accent.

I think watching British TV shows or movies will help but I'm afraid I don't know any other than Dr. Who... And it's not my favourite show out there either (nothing wrong, just not the kind of stuff I usually watch).

What kind of stuff am I looking for? Well mostly comedy. The more current the better. If it exists something similar to Community, please tell me. But any help, opinion, correction will be appreciated.

Keeping Up Appearances

Downton Abbey is a huge hit. The Office is older but very funny and the basis for the American spin-off. Speaking of Dr. Who and spin-offs, I love the show Torchwood.

OK. What I usually do is watching 3 episodes. If I still want more after those three episodes that means I pretty much keep watching 'til the end. I think most of them are broadcast here, I hope they have the option to switch languages and stuff.
