Including r3n's original motion, we now have 1/10 of the RA in support of voting on this bill, so Cormac and madjack's objection is not recognized. The vote will remain on the schedule.
 
Correction: When the one tenth clause is invoked, I am required to hold the vote as soon as permitted by law, which is now. The vote is rescheduled to begin as soon as possible.
