Apology for recent absence

Hi all,

I wanted to apologize for my absence during the last couple of weeks, and the delay they have caused to the Court business (as well as some legislative business, but those are not as grave).

I had to deal with a couple of unforeseen but very important RL professional circumstances. Coupled with a flu during last week, this meant the time I could spend on NS in general went down to zero.

I will try to catch up with all outstanding Court and legislative business over the weekend.
