it's good to see that some members are on their toes and paying attention, unlike me, who shamefully missed the vote.

I would have voted Nay (without the bold) and apologise for the negligence on my part here.
 
My moderator itch needs to be scratched. I needs to move this thread, or any thread for that matter, just a little, to get by...
