Mandatory Purges

TNP Mandatory Purge Law

1. The sitting delegate will, from time to time, eject thousands of nations from the region.

2. Over the course of one (1) year, no fewer than 2000 ejections are required to take place from the North Pacific.

3. The current delegate, Jamie Anumia, is hereby required to eject 2000 nations within 10 days following this bill's passage.

This would conflict with sections 2 and 5 of the Bill of Rights, I think, unless you can make a convincing case that mass ejections are not an abuse of power and are in the best interest of the region.

If it's only 2 and 5 that conflict, then can't we just make a BoR amendment to delete 2 and 5?

We can always amend the BoR to add them back in later if we need them.

In the long run, it might be more productive if we replace 1-11 and add a right to be purged. However that might be doing too much in one go, so probably best to delete 2 and 5 only.
