I've noticed that the public section of the Executive Council forum is no longer there, or at least no longer visible to RA Members.

Is this a masking error or is there no more public section for the Cabinet/Executive Council in which cabinet meeting transcripts are posted?
 
Lets think, did you have to make a brand new topic for this? Couldn't you have posted this in admin requests? Use some fundamental thinking.

Who made you an admin or Global Mod?

I personally don't recall ever seeing a public Executive Council forum.
