Given the importance and time sensitivity of the pending injunction request posted by a member of the Regional Assembly, I would like to formally request that the Elections Commission refrain from certifying the results of the Vice Delegate election until the Court has ruled on said injunction request.
This is not an official court order, this is merely a request made by one of the Court Justices who is reviewing the injunction request. The Elections Commission is under no obligation to adhere to this request.
The commission should feel no need to reply to this request within this thread or at all and it is not my intent to begin a discussion on this request. Instead, my intent is to strongly urge the EC to refrain from certifying the results of the VD election until such time as the court has ruled upon the injunction request.
