Just thought that I'd better publicly note the new rules I have adopted after some discussion by the Justices. We've been sat on them for a while, but I -also- wanted to do the clear up on the thread in the process, and just haven't got to it.
I split the now irrelevant rules out into another thread which can be found in the archives (and is also linked in the Court Rules thread).
If anyone thinks I split out anything I shouldn't have, please mention it. It's entirely possible, as I was arguing with the split tool >.<
