Govindia has been permanently banned from the forum for exceeding his 100% warning level.

in particular, this was in response to his repeated pestering of Eluvatar for details of his real-life issues that led to his absence from the forum. He had been warned about this, and told that he was at last chance saloon.

Although I implemented the ban, it was after extensive discussion between the moderation team.
 
I don't like banning but I do believe the admin/mod team did everything in their power to keep Govindia from being banned. Unfortunately, he just did not seem to heed their warnings.
 
I can't say I'm not surprised, nor do I feel that this ban was out of place. There have been so many raging fits about Govindia, ranging from unfair punishment to judicial prejudice and everything in between. While I never condoned any of the more ranting... rants... I'm sure that this is a load off of all of us, and I'm sure it was more than due. Thanks.
