Because of the court ruling issued HERE I hereby declare this voting period to be invalid, since the electorate was not presented with the proper legal ballot. A new voting period will begin presently with the correct ballot. All votes cast during this voting period are hereby invalidated. I apologize to the region for misinterpreting the legality of Eluvatar's candidacy and for the long delay in electing a new delegate. I beg your patience in this matter and your forgiveness for the oversight.
