What's with this?

It's a queued topic in this area which McMasterdonia decided to queue (hide) for whatever reason.

There's nothing really interesting in there.
 
Just a list for my own use, some of you have seen it already. Once elections are over I will unhide the topic.

Secondly - I didn't know the Speaker could see our chambers :P

It hasn't been changed since August. Before, this was in the constitution:
3. The Speaker is to be given access and speaking privileges within the private Cabinet areas but is not allowed to take part in votes of the Cabinet.
