That is not Hecate. Despite the variations in who made the twelve, Hecate was rarely (never?) included among the Olympians.

As far as I can tell from my iPhone's tiny monitor, Abbey's is holding an owl and a sword, meaning that she is Athena (Minerva for the Romans). Athena was primarily goddess of wisdom and warfare.

@r3n - Makes more sense. I simply assumed Hecate as she was the most powerful goddess I could think of who was symbolised by the owl.
