Embassy Program of the Almanianian Union​

1. No armed vehicles are allowed. If one is brought into the embassy, it will be confiscated by the Union government.
2. Any guards on duty may only hold handguns and other nonlethal weapons. Any others will be confiscated by the Union government.
3. No illegal trade may take place inside or outside the embassy. Employees must adhere to Almanianian Union's Embassy Guidelines on International Commerce. A copy of the guidelines will be provided if requested
4. The laws of the Almanianian Union will not apply to citizens in the embassy or the embassy itself. The nation's embassy must uphold its own laws. This does not apply to any employees that currently hold residency or citizenship in Almanianian Union (they will be subject to Union law).
5. Any conflict between nations that have embassies inside the Almanianian Union will not be attacked by the Almanianian Union. Any usage of an embassy as a base of military operations is unlawful and will be considered an act of aggression by the Union government.
6. Employees of an embassy that has violated one of these rules must be handed over to the Union government or must be extradited to the host nation. Should that nation be a citizen of the Union, they are to be extradited to the Union.
7. Failure to comply with these rules will result in consequences ranging from fines to the closing of the embassy.
8. Should a nation choose to shut down their embassy, all employees of that embassy will be given the choice to return to their nation. Should they choose to stay in the Almanianian Union, they will be granted residency. Should the Almanianian Union choose to shut down an embassy, all employees of that embassy will be given safe passage to their host nation.
9. Guidelines are subject to change by the Almanianian Union without prior warning. Any embassies affected by guideline changes will be notified of such changes.

The center of the Union's political power, Galt City is a city that's bustling with life and excitement. Although the city does have less than fantastic luck with weather (precipitation is a common occurrence) and even as politics are a major component of the city, the spirit of the city is bright with culture and a sense of community. Politicians and philosophers debate in local shops and cafes over the news of the day. Representatives from the other end of the Union (or on the other islands even) are greeted warmly by the local populace. Businessmen and brilliant minds take time out of their busy routines to talk of national and international happenings with even the youngest college students. Galt City may be the center of business and political power, but it is a place where locals stopping to assist foreigners- and possibly making a new friend along the way- is a common occurrence.

Mainstay Street runs on the West side of the City. It is in close approximation with Hyan Lake and the Galt Museum of Art (the nation's finest art museum). Mainstay Street is known for the number of cafes that run down the street and the view of Hyan Lake from The Jewel Tower (the nation's oldest keep).

Named after the Revolutionary Hero John Lennon, Lennon Lane runs on the East side of the City. It is on the shore side and it is literally in front of the city's finest beaches. Lennon Lane is best known for the Boardwalk, a collective number of shops located on the shore, and the Galt Academy, the nation's premier academy.

Named after Alvino Castillon, the national personification, Castillon Drive is the center of political power in the nation. The Parliament and the Galt Building are located within walking distance of each other on Castillon Drive. Coffee shops and cafes dot this Drive, often in use by many government officials for a quick bite or a place to negotiate a deal. Embassies located on Castillon Drive have the advantage of being a mere walking distance away from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs itself.

When he graduated from the University of Novaton, he spent his two years of public service as an EMT. After that, he became an analyst for several contractors in Scandigrad City, and later got recruited by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

He enjoys baseball, fish, and claims his greatest accomplishment was raising his 'little girl', who is now a young woman. While he loves his job, Rivera is a family man, first and foremost, and will sometimes overlook work in order to be with his family. He is very cool minded, and tends to avoid heated confrontation.
