The case against JAL is going along nicely. I suspect things will pick up this week, but I'm comfortable with how things are moving along. Gaspo is a good defense attorney, but if I were a betting man I would be surprised if JAL survives this case. I'm not trying to be cocky, I just have confidence in the case.
