Judicial Elections

I won't be running. Something has happened IRL which means that I will not be comfortable taking on a role such as this that can be demanding at times. And no, I will not specify what, and I respectfully ask that anyone who wants to know what butts out.

I will, of course, pass on the papers that I have thus far prepared to my successor. And I apologise to the region for this, although there is little that I could have done.
