New here. I'm a college freshman in NYC, hoping to major in Political Science. Joined NationStates after I google searched for games like this. Hopefully I'm going to get fully aquatinted with all the rules of NS and the north pacific by tomorrow.

I've already voted on the two resolutions on the floor in the WA. Yes on the biomedical one and no on the one in the Security Council. Don't know much about the latter resolution but I saw our regional delegate voted no, and I like to think of myself as a party hack :-)
