It has taken until now to organize the postings in the old complaints thread and sort out the posts that should not have been in that thread so a review of real matters could take place. I may have already reached a decision on some of these, but the need to reorganize this process had to come first and those that are closed will be noted as I go through these matters based on the date of the original post for that matter.
The order of filing for those matters moved to this area for processing and review are as follows:

Mallorea and Riva; Prince Windsor; 20 June 2012; matter closed as complaints about #tnp IRC channel is outside the jurisdiction of the judiciary.
Pasargad; treetar and tnp_freedom_fighters; 24 July 2012; Matter noted for probable indictment.
Astarial ; Empire of Narnia ; 8 August 2012. Matter closed as actions complained of (by NS Game and Forum Host Moderators) are outside the jurisdiction of the judiciary.
Blue Wolf ; Eluvatar ; 10 August 2012 Refereed to Special Assistant Attorney General FALCONKATS. The SAAG has determined that no indictment should be filed; matter closed.
Madjack; Govindia; posted 21 August 2012; no indictment issued as allegations took place on other regions' forums and is facially insufficient to show any act contrary to TNP laws, and may be protected speech under our Bill of Rights.
