A major reason behind the bill which Elu and I discussed, that he introduced, which is being voted on now (judicial tweak bill 4) is to fix this problem, permanently, and allow cases like this one to proceed. The matter is at vote, and overwhelmingly likely to pass. It's gonna take a week, tops. Be patient.
