Forced castration of criminals and Gov

Section 3.1 of the Zetaboards Terms of Use provide:

3.1 Prohibited Content:
Users may not post, upload, link to, or email any Content that contains, promotes, gives instruction about, or provides prohibited Content. Prohibited Content includes any Content that breaks any local, state, county, national or international law. Prohibited Content also includes:

Content that infringes upon any rights (including, but not limited to, copyrights and trademarks)
Abusive, threatening, defamatory, racist, or obscene Content
Viruses or any other harmful computer software
False information or libel
Spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes
Gambling or Illicit drugs
Terrorism
Hacking or cheating for internet/online games
Warez, Roms, CD-Keys, Cracks, Passwords, or Serial Numbers
Pornography, nudity, or sexual material of any kind
Excessive profanity
Content that is invasive of privacy or impersonation of any person/entity
Hacking materials or information.

The part of the topic that just mentioned "criminals" by itself isn't the problem here; but tying it to "Gov" i.e., Govindia in the context of what has been going on for several months now is abusive.

I'm going to let the mod team discuss this, but a warning may be issued based on the report filed with admin through the report system. Until the forum moderatio team discusses this, this thread is being locked.
 
A majority agree with moderation, and since the next step is 40%, 5 hour post suspension and 3 day moderation preview, that is what will be applied to JAL's renamed user account (King Durk the Awesome). And the thread will remain permanently locked.
