FOIA Request

I can see no reason for the second of the two threads to not be released and since only one Justice is needed for this process, authorize its release. In regard to the first thread, still awaiting access to review.
 
Well, since the second thread's first post is entirely my words and construction, I give myself the right to quote myself. I will personally make my own words a matter of public record when the time comes. No permission from the court required.
