The Nation of Novare Res, aka "Romanoffia" hereby issues an Official Condemnation against KiwiTaicho and statements by KiwiTaicho contained in the following thread:

Whereas:
KiwiTaicho has made false, libelous and slanderous accusations against Romanoffia, the Nation of Novare Res;
Whereas: A public apology and retraction of said accusations is demanded;
Therefore:
Until such retraction of said accusations and formal apology in detail is made by KiwiTaicho to the Nation of Novare Res/Romanoffia, all diplomatic relations with KiwiTaicho are hereby terminated and lack of response will be considered An Act of War by KiwiTaicho.
Therefore:
Novare Res, Novare Res will only continue discussions with raiders in The North Pacific provided said Raiders remove all ties and communications with KiwiTaicho should no apology and retraction from KiwiTaicho be received in an appropriate period of time.
