Hello TNP! I've never been in any of the Pacific's so I figured I'd give it a go :D Ummm I generally stay away from really big regions like this but here I am! What do I do first??? Is there somewhere to apply for citizenship or something?

(OOC: is "Oriole Electronics" a reference to the recording company that produced phonograph records back in the 1920's and 30's under the "Oriole" label?).
