Security Alerts

I found this page, security alerts, to be absolutely smashing.

I work professionally as a developer, so I'd like to ask, was this made via the NationStates api, or is the html page of those nations scraped continually? It's fine if I can't know via security risk, I'm just curious.

I made an automatic recruitment script a little while back, but NationStates recently banned them again.
